GOODWILL as the name suggests is a joint endeavor with the prestigious Indian Army under SADBHAVANA scheme to provide placement linked placement opportunities to the talented but unemployed youth of Jammu & Kashmir to make them economically secure & socially strong by providing them state of art skill training in different job roles, almost in all the districts, creating self-help groups (SGHs) of these trainees to make them budding Agripreneurs & entrepreneurs.
